Bartlett & West’s Internship Program is a great way to get real-word experience, work on exciting projects, and be part of supportive team. All this, and a salary, too! Internships are a good way to learn first-hand what working at Bartlett & West is like, and a number of our staff began their careers as interns.

We rely on schools to help prepare young men and women for careers at Bartlett & West. We fund scholarships at area universities charged with developing the next generation of professionals to meet the challenges of our communities.
